I have been back in Bundang for almost a month now! Its been a whirlwind. March was incredibly busy at work. It was the beginning of a new school year and there were a whole slew of new teachers starting at the same time as me! I survived it, not everyone did... I am alive and beyond well.
I have miraculously been living without THE INTERNET or even a functioning phone. It can be done ...but it hasn't been easy. I'm hoping my Alien Registration Card comes in the mail this week so I can rejoin my life on both sides of the world.
Here are some photos of where I spend most of my time over here!
The calm before the storm.
and it begins...
I have taught children to read in a month!! It is insane. Some of these kids walked in with zero English. This is all new to me - very little training but I'm figuring it out!
Workload here is extreme with very little appreciation but make your own happiness, right?
Tomorrow, me and my selfie stick are going to Seoul's Chinatown. Cant wait to eat everything.

Hey Brookie. Glad to hear you are alive and more than well. Hope you have another fantastic year and look forward to living vicariously through your blogs. Take care and always be safe. YOLO

SO happy not to work there anymore :)
ReplyDeleteThat was the WORST job I ever had. I hope you're having a better experience. I heard Alvin disappeared.
